How do I earn Rewards?

Visit participating merchants who reward customers when making purchases at their stores. Pay by cash, check or credit card and present your MYCR Rewards Card. Merchant will put rewards on your Rewards Card by swiping it through their credit card processing equipment or over the internet. 

How much are rewards worth?
One dollar = 100 rewards points 

Can I cash in my rewards?
Yes, however, you can only cash in you rewards when you have a minimum of 500,000 rewards points or more, or if the sum of all of your family's Rewards Cards add up to 500,000 rewards points. If less than 500,000 rewards points, you can only use your rewards to make purchases at participating businesses.

How many rewards can I earn in a day?
You can earn as many rewards as you like. 

When are rewards I earn available?
Rewards are available 72 hours after purchases are made.

How do I redeem my Rewards?
Simply go to a participating business and pay with your Rewards Card for any purchase you make. Be sure to check your balance before you go, to make sure you have enough rewards to pay for your purchases.

Is there a minimum purchase?
$5 minimum purchase required.

Why do I need to register my Rewards Card?
In case you card is lost or stolen we would like to make sure you do not loose you rewards. You can call our office to report lost or stolen cards. Once we verify ownership, we will cancel your old card and transfer rewards balance to your new card. A $25 fee will apply.

In addition, when you register you card, you are automatically informed when new participating businesses join the program, about upcoming events, card balance reminders, contest winners, and much more.

How can I check my rewards balance?
Visit our website and click on the "Member Login". You will be asked to enter your Rewards Card number. 

How do I find merchants that accept the MYCR Rewards Card?
Look for the MYCR Rewards Card decal at participating businesses. You can also find a complete list of participating businesses on our website.

What can I buy with my Rewards Card?
Your Rewards Card is like cash. You can buy products or services businesses offer.

What about refunds?
Rewards you received at time of purchase, will be automatically deducted from your MYCR Rewards Card when you return any merchandise or service you were given. If rewards are not available on your card when you make a return. You will receive the amount of your purchase minus rewards you were given at the time of purchase.

Does my Rewards Card have any fees?
MYCR Rewards Card has a one-time purchase of $25 and an annual renewal fee of $10, which is deducted from your account automatically. There is also a small $0.10 per transaction fee as well, which is also automatically deducted from your Rewards Card balance each time you use your Rewards Card.

What is the privacy policy of MYCR Rewards Card?
Your privacy is of outmost importance to us. We will never sell your information to any third party. 

Can I give my rewards to someone else?
Yes, anyone that has your MYCR Rewards Card in their possession can use it to make purchases. Make sure you register it in case that is lost or stolen, so you can save your rewards.

Can each member of my family have their own MYCR Rewards Card?
Yes, everyone can have their own card. You can even add them together to help pay for college, give them as a gift to grandpa for retirement or take a family vacation. The sum of all cards together must be 500,000 rewards points to redeem rewards for cash.

How do I redeem college, retirement or travel rewards?
Simply call MYCR Rewards Card Department. We will verify your eligibility and card ownership. A we will mail you a check within 14 business days.

What kind of merchants accept the MYCR Rewards Card?
A wide array of of businesses located in the Temecula Valley. From restaurants, to car repair shops. We are also currently working on adding Internet merchants.

How can  my organization check to see how much money we are raising?
Log on to our "Member Login" interface. You will be able to run reports and view how much money members of your organization have contributed.

Why are merchants willing to give 10, 15 or 20 % to the MYCR Program?
Because MYCR will promote and market their business to MYCR cardholders and community members. 

It guarantees participating businesses to increase sales and profits. Is there are  purchases made, there are no fees or charges incurred.

MYCR has created a unique program that makes everyone that participates a winner. Local businesses  get more customers. Customers earn rewards every time they make a purchase, and schools, churches and charities receive much needed funds. It's truly a win-win-win scenario for everyone involved.
