Policies
Any senior with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher qualifies for these academic scholarships and may apply.
Volunteer hours will be verified by school site counselors and could be a determining factor in scholarship awards.
The minimum scholarship awarded is $250.
Monies awarded will be sent directly to the recipient’s college of choice upon proof of enrollment, not to the student, as this may affect the needs based scholarship.
Students may be awarded more than one scholarship through the Foundation.
Scholarships awarded outside the Foundation do not affect eligibility, except in the case of a full-ride scholarship.
Scholarships will be awarded at an exciting event the evening of May 7, 2012 at Chaparral High School in the gymnasium at 6:30 PM. Award winners must be present to receive any scholarships.
