Step 1: Download and print a copy of the Instructions.

Step 2: If you wish, download and view the Sample Application.

Step 3: Download, save a copy of the Application form to your computer or flash drive, and complete the 2012 Application.

• You will not be able to save a working copy to your computer, so the application must be filled out at one sitting.
• You may want to download and print a blank copy, fill it in by hand, and then go back and type in your responses to a final draft before you print it.

Step 4: Print a copy of your completed application.

• You should also print a copy of your application for your files.
• You may also want to print the four additional copies of pages 1-3 for the application "packets" as directed in the Application Instructions or take your completed application, essay, and transcript to a local copy center (i.e. Postal Annex, Fed Ex, UPS Store) to make the additional copies.
