Description: In 1967 the Bekedam family purchased 800 acres where a dairy farm was built. The farm was located where the General Kearny (now Margarita) and Solano roads meet and where eventually the Meadowview residential community was developed. Meadowview is one of Temecula's oldest neighborhoods which is located today on over 360 acres of common land. 

Meadowview offers a great number of amenities that can be enjoyed such as open clean air, clubhouse, tennis courts, walking trails, spas, pools, basketball courts, horse trails that ride through the meadows where you can visit the equestrian center.

Builders: Meadowview is a community of custom homes which are built on a minimum of .5 acre lots.

Access Roads: Meadowview can be accessed through the Margarita Road, Serena Way and General Kearney road.

Entertainment: Movies theaters are only 2.4 miles. Temecula wine country is 2.3 miles, Lake Skinner is 7.5 miles and Old Town Temecula is 3.5 miles.

Shopping: The Palomar Village shopping center is located only a couple miles from the community, as well as the Rancho California Post Office. The Promenade Mall is 2.4 miles and Old Town Temecula is 4.5 miles.

Golf Courses: An 18-hole public golf course with a 7,097 square-foot clubhouse, cart barn, maintenance and other accessory buildings has been proposed to be built within the Meadowview community in the near future, in the mean time for golf fans, you can enjoy a round of golf at The Temeku Hills golf course which is only a few minutes drive from Meadowview. A Ted Robinson 18 hole championship golf course Temeku Hills offers a great challenge for players of all skill levels. The course has a driving range, practice putting and chipping greens, pro shop and a full service clubhouse. 

Other golf courses such as the Redhawk Golf Club, Temecula Creek, SCGA, Cross Creek, The Colony and Bear Creek are only a few minutes drive. More info.
