Sawh developers have broken ground on a 36,000 S.F office project. The project will consist of two 18,000 S.F buildings in an office park environment on three acres. The property is located in the heart of Temecula on the Southeast corner of Margarita Road and Pauba Roads.
The buildings will be two stories with Mediterranean architecture, built in a V shape configuration with an exterior elevator serving both buildings. Technically the building has to be three stories to be called class A, but we think they are class A. The bottom floors will cater to medical offices in a garden like atmosphere, while the second floors will be general offices.
The major features of this project are its location and spacious feeling with three acres of heavy landscaping and more than ample parking, some covered. The project is across from food and retail services as well as Ronald Reagan Sports Park, the main park in Temecula.
The new 34,000 S.F Temecula Library is under construction nearby on Pauba Road, which is scheduled to be widened to four lanes in February 2006.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY BROKERAGE, Brian Spock and Al Ogle has the exclusive leasing on the project and for more information can be reached at (951) 695-2105.
