Experience the holiday season of yesteryear, as Old Town Temecula welcomes Santa Claus with grand homespun Saturday, November 19. That jolly ol’Elf arrives straight from a Norma Rockwell painting dressed Christmas red velvet, aboard a horse drawn carriage at noon. Witness his grand entrance down Old Town Front Street, as turn-of-the century Christmas Carolers serenade Santa while riding on a bright red horse-drawn trolley. This is Old Town Temecula’s ninth annual holiday celebration where shops come alive with holiday lights, festive displays, and holiday cheer. Children can be honorary reindeer, as Old Town

Temecula elves will be passing out special reindeer antlers.
Santa moves into his mini-village at the corner of Third and Front streets where he will listen to children’s wishes every weekend. Carolers from “Scrooge, the Musical will be on the trolley as Santa arrives. The trolley will be available for free rides 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Photos with Santa will be available for $5 and proceeds will benefit the Temecula Community Pantry. Old Town Temecula welcomes Santa photos with pets. Saturday, November 26 offers a special treat with the Full Measure Hand bell Choir. Dressed in Dickens attire, these carolers sing and play their giant musical hand bells to all the seasonal classics.They’ll be serenading at the Chocolate Florist from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Old Town Temecula boasts over 100 antique dealers and curios shops, plus a variety of fine dining. The old western town comes alive during the holiday season, with many of the stores known for their holiday displays and unique gift selections. Dickens characters and a variety of holiday musicians will entertain every weekend November 19 through December 20. Scrooge-aka-Dynamite Dave is in Old Town every Sunday through December 18.
