Governor Schwarzeneggar was in Southern California with his campaign bus tour visiting various cities. The first stop of the tour was La Mesa where he met with numerous citizens, campaigning for his re-election to Governor of California. After leaving La Mesa the bus pulled in to Old Town Temecula, being met by several hundred community members at Sweet Lumpy’s Barbeque. Dan Branstine, former Republican Candidate for the 66th District and his daughter Stephanie Branstine were one of the many constituents. Stephanie is a student at UCLA and a very large supporter and fan of Governor Schwarzeneggar, proudly displaying a picture of him in her dorm room. Her father Dan Branstine introduced Stephanie to Governor Schwarzeneggar providing the perfect photo opportunity for her to have a picture taken of the two of them together. This day will remain a treasured memory for Stephanie and the new picture will be a welcomed addition to her collection of pictures and posters from Governor Schwarneneggar’s election and re-election.
Dan Branstine is currently active in the re-election campaign for Governor Schwarzeneggar, along with participating in the re-call election back in 2003.
